I had 2 interviews both over video call. The first was great. It was with Ann, and she was kind, respectful, and asked the appropriate questions. The second was with the CEO, and it was upsetting to say the least. She did not introduce herself nor did she turn on the camera (I was basically talking to a screen). The CEO asked very particular questions that would not help her get to know me as a person, which I believe is important to find a fit. Rather, she asked if I had professional experience in certain technical skills and spoke harshly about my attitude (not sure why) for not having any, which, in my opinion, defeats the purpose of an INTERNSHIP. The CEO was overall disrespectful.
