Short informal process they will hire anyone because they are having a difficult time getting people that want to work at a company selling defective products. They push defective products to customers and then do everthing possible to make the problem the customers responsibility. Always blame the customer.

Nice process there were overall 3 stages. Firstly an introductory call that was done on teams. Then there was an onsite interview where I met the sales manager and then a third interview which was a little bit more practical.
