Weird interview. Interviewer had his dirty unmade mattress on the ground in the zoom and it felt like I was talking to a hostage victim. I was pretty uncomfortable. One of the interviewers reassured me twice that this company was not a "sweat shop". If you have to tell the person in an interview that the job isn't a sweat shop; It probably is
