Mood based interview. If the Owner is in good mood you got the job sometimes even if you get the job you never know when you will get the offer evoked.

Anybody would walk into the office and was offered a Sales job. The interview process was 30 minutes to one hour of interaction with the Owner of the company and then with the so called senior recruiter Archana. Jobs were offered to almost everybody and to some after the offer letter was send it was revoked within 2 days. Good recruiter were laid off based on one or 2 months performance. The Sales people have more privileges and are even given given gifts from Tiffany's and Michael Kors. Some people went out of the way to help the company but they were treated like trash. During the time I worked there i was constanty stressed out and felt should quit but continued to work thinking one day there will be change int he behavior but it never happened so I finally quit.
