J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. J'ai passé un entretien chez MUJI (New York, NY)
Entretien
Received a phone call from Asian Job Express (their HR partner) saying I passed the screening and scheduled an interview for the weekend immediately after. Luckily I did research beforehand and came across the Glassdoor page for MUJI MT interviews, and my experience was more or less the same.
The room was partitioned into two, my interviewer being a Japanese man with very good English and the other a pair of Japanese speakers (they interviewed the other candidate in Japanese, which I could overhear). The Japanese man challenged everything I would say, as one other poster has also commented, and did not ask about my background / prior work experience. Basically every question revolved around "Pleasant Life".
1-hour group discussion with a given topic. Simply brainstorm and express yourself in your preferred language and finally pick one groupmate to present to the interviewers. Q&A section included, both interviewees to interviewers and interviewers to interviewees.
It was a group interview and discuss about the topic they gave to us. We then need to present our conclusion and some follow up questions regarding our performance were asked.
The first screening of documents including a motivation letter and some questions related to your personality and Muji products. Then three-stage interview process with different employees. The last stage is an in-person interview in Japan.

Question 1
What do you know about Muji? What is your favourite product and why? How different is the business culture of your country and Japan?
