Panel of 3 women (of color... I mean that is the most fantastic of ways) they asked more about my reasoning behind certain former jobs very much a panel of mothers who love being motherly. Actually the panel made me feel as though what I had done previously was so important it made me feel good about self and very comfortable throughout the interview
