Withdrew my application before I was invited to interview, due to a very disappointing and slow application process. Each step of the process took 2+ months, and throughout this the communication by MSD/ their third-party provider was non-existent, making it very hard to stay engaged in the process. On multiple occasions I had to contact their HR department directly with queries regarding the graduate programme to which I had no response (probably because they do not provide you with specific contact details for the scheme). The application process showed a real lack of dedication to the graduates applying for the position- a quality I am unimpressed with in a future employer.
