Entretien
The first step of the interview process was a half hour phone call with an HR assistant. It was a general talk about ambitions, motivations and the former technical experiences. The second step was a three hours long technical interview with three different professionals form the company. The first one was with a senior colleague and about general Java related questions. The second one was with the technical leader of the group. He asked about deep knowledge in OOD a related stuff. And also some algorithmic questions and coding challenges. A third was almost the same like the first one. Java related questions, deeper understanding of how the JVM works during method invocation, garbage collections etc.

Question 1
There were - in my opinion - some mostly irrelevant questions, or I would rather say that they put a great emphasis on things that are not crucial. For example they asked several times about the SOLID principles of OOD, and related to that about cohesion... etc.
