Inutilement long. Équipe incapable de prendre une décision. Tout simplement irrespectueux envers les candidats. ESG, "S" stands for "social"?
Plus de deux mois pour savoir si un candidat convient, c'est simplement abusif. Aucun feedback durant plusieurs semaines, soudain coucou un email pour savoir si on est toujours intéressé, silence à nouveau. Never ending hiring process. Just a waste of time. Just forget about it!

meetings via Teams with different people from different areas as Human Resources, Facilities, Corporate. 5 rounds and I have been ghosted with any reply and explications concerning my candidature. Very unrespectful!
