Applied online, took them a couple of weeks to invite me to a phone interview with the HR. First interview was ok, I was asked about my previous jobs and motivation to join the company. I was also given a pretty straightforward pre-screening maths test to complete. Second round was also over the phone with two managers and went well. First half of the interview was basically a discussion about the company's business: got asked questions about indexes and portfolio management. Second half was slightly more technical, with questions ranging from portfolio theory to stochastic calculus. Third round was a coding assignment which I sat remotely and went terribly . The task was horrendous and by no means analytical. I would assume that to check a candidate's proficiency in a low-level programming language such as C++, parsing and comparing two excel spreadsheets isn't the best idea at all. Who would dream of doing that in practice anyway? On top of this, the screen-sharing utility that I used was extremely slow and clumsy. Was obviously rejected after the task. However, if that's what the job is about, I'm happy I didn't get it.

Round One - talk with HR. Round Two - online math & probability & basic coding test. quite easy Round Three - first interview with actual team members. Very technical, lots of questions with regards to derivatives, pricing, statistics, ML and so on. About an hour long. Home assignment - was given a home assignment with a 72-hour deadline. Assignment was extensive an took up most of the time to solve. Round Four - presentation of the home assignment. Was the last round.
