I had 3 telephonic interviews. 1st (with manager) and 2nd (with VP) interviews were good and probed my technical abilities and my work experience. I was asked questions on data structures (average level of difficulty) and related to my previous work. The 3rd interview was with a Director, it was focused on behavioral questions. Since I didn't get any feedback after this interview, I guess I was not a suitable match for the company. I did not receive any feedback after the 3rd interview even after asking for it again and again till 2 weeks, neither acceptance nor rejection. So technically speaking, my interview process has still not ended ... I guess! I am really not a fan with such kind of treatment of a candidate and I neither have I experienced it with any of the other companies I have interviewed with.
