I was then assigned a work task, which I completed and mailed back. Shortly after, I was invited for an in-person interview. During the interview, we discussed my assignment in detail, focusing on my design approach and thought process. The panel was professional and approachable, making the conversation engaging. Overall, the process was transparent and positive, and I was happy to receive an offer at the end.
