Was contacted by a HR rep via email to schedule a quick call to discuss my experience and get an intro to the company and the role. The interview went well and I found the interviewer friendly and positive - we discussed a higher, management role (not advertised) for me to move into given my experience, confirmed salary expectations, and next steps for me to meet with another manager for a second, more in depth interview about this other role. After a couple of days, I sent an email to thank her for her time and check in regarding scheduling the second interview. Two weeks after my initial interview and after no response or acknowledgement, I sent another email requesting an update on whether this role or any other opportunities were still available in the company - I didn't hear back. Another week later I ended up sending an email via the website to let them know, in case there was a legitimate reason for why I never heard back after the initial interview - though no surprise there, I never heard back and it's been over a month. TL;DR - Don't waste your time with this company, they clearly wasted mine.
