First of all, I was reached out by a talent acquisition advisor at MNP. After I discussed with him about the position that I am interested in, an hr staff reached me out and asked some general questions such as my work experience and why did I want to work at MNP. Then she arranged an interview for me with a manager and a partner in the group which that I was potentially going to work for. After the interview with the manager and the partner, they provided me an oral offer at the end of the interview. And then the hr staff reached me out again to communicate the salary and benefits, etc.

Entretien
The interview was great and the interviewer was actively listening and prompting questions so I was engaged during the whole time. They asked a couple of basic questions which were not hard to answer but easy enough to give more details.
