Hice la solicitud en línea y al día siguiente recibí una llamada que no pude atender; ese mismo día me contactaron por mail para agendar otra llamada, la cual realizaron un día después. Al tomar la llamada tuve la entrevista directamente, duró aproximadamente media hora y fue relativamente sencilla aunque me tomó un poco por sorpresa. Me comentaron que realizaríamos una videollamada al día siguiente y que yo debía mandar un correo media hora antes del momento en el que estuviera lista. Me pareció muy cómodo pero para mi sorpresa al día siguiente me mandaron un link para conectarme a la llamada 5 min después de haberlo recibido; esto me pareció poco profesional ya que me habían comentado algo diferente. Durante la videollamada nunca pude ver a la persona que me entrevistaba. Finalmente me pareció un poco incómoda la situación.

I was called randomly a day after I applied to the role by Hadi. He asked me if I had a minute, and I said sure. He then proceeds to interview me for a full half hour. I was of course fairly annoyed because I usually make sure my interview is tailored to the company, as one does. He also then asks me why I would want to work for his company. I told him that I had not prepared for this interview, so it would be best if we can reschedule it so I know more about the firm, since I cannot answer this question. He said he will schedule a call IF I make it to the next round. I obviously realised this is a very unprofessional company, and made my mind up about the job. My message to Hadi would be to hire HR personnel who knows interview etiquette. Expecting candidates to be prepared whenever you call them is quite entitled. Yours is not the only job we have applied to.
