The interview went very smoothly talking with both HR and the manager of the position I was applying to. They were interested in hearing more about what I had done to see if there was a fit for me anywhere even if not the position I was being considered for.

I had a very disappointing interview experience with this company. After going through the initial screening process, I was invited to a video call with one of their hiring managers. However, within just the first 2–3 minutes of the call, it became clear that they had already made up their mind.
The interviewer seemed disinterested and dismissive almost immediately. I was barely given a chance to introduce myself or speak about my experience before the tone shifted. call ended with feedback of not being interesting

There is a phone call which checks for basic compatibillity with the job requirements, professional interviews including an HR interview, and in some cases there is a day of psycotechnical testing in an external place
