Several weeks after I turn in my application, I got a call asking if I was still interested in working for MJR. I said yes and we scheduled an interview for the next day. It was an Average One on One Interview and I got hired on the spot.
Easy and brief, applied online and got called for an interview within a week. The manager was nice and helpful. Went in for an interview that lasted about thirty minutes. Was offered the job the next day.

Entretien
This was a very easy interview. Interviews are always on Thursday nights, about a week after you submit your application. Most questions are general interview questions, like "What is one flaw that you have?" and "Why do you want to work for us?"
