Was interviewed by 3 different people over two visits during this process. At home review/assessment can be difficult. Required three different assessments to tests aptitude, personality and knowledge each with a certain time frame. Good way to weed out candidates who do not match the requirements of the job but sometimes weeds out good prospects as well.

Describe my previous experience and how it relates to the job I applied for.
The first step was a phone screening with Talent Acquisition. Then a teams interview with director of department, then a 3rd with another member of the department. These all went well as they scheduled a 4th interview in person. Between the 3rd and 4th, they had me take a Watson-Glaser test and a personality test. I assume I failed both as I got a rejection email the following morning, and a notification that my 4th interview was cancelled because I "did not pass assessment." I don't think I was supposed to get that email. Both assessments had absolutely nothing to do with my knowledge, skills, or capabilities in the job role I was interviewing for. Total waste of time and weeks of effort.

Interview process can vary but starts with initial call with HR, then teams meeting with director of the department you’ll be working under. Then they make you take a Watson Glaser assessment which is commonly used in law firms. A very unnecessary assessment/practice to use at this establishment and does not accurately represent a candidates skills that will be used to perform the job. You are also asked to take a personality assessment which again, does not accurately represent the true persona of the candidate. They shouldn’t base their decisions off of these assessments and use a more human approach. When denied the position, they send a generic copy/paste rejection email with no insight even though interviewer says the conversation went well. This company seems all over the place. People are constantly leaving and jobs are always opening up there.
