Several rounds, including a mock lecture, one on one and panel discussions. Lots of decision makers involved, even faculty from different areas. As long as you are passionate about your job the questions are not difficult

Entretien
Interview was in 3 stages. First round was of teaching demo and basic knowledge. Second round was for research credentials and future directions. The third round is the HR round. They did not discuss the salary though. It was pre-decided.

Presentation followed by Interview then there were questions based upon the research topic previous experience and the depth of subject knowledge the questions also focussed on skills and publications in the past and also research ideas that can be taken forward
