Consisted of a phone and in person interview. The in person interview was with my hiring manager. I was told at this interview that the job was mine and the purpose of this second interview was just so my managers manager had a chance to speak with the candidate that would be filling the role. The only question that I was asked was why did I choose working for MIT over other opportunities. I responded saying that I just looked at the job description and knew that I could do every task that was detailed. They said that was a great answer and I started the following Monday.
