There were four Stages of Interview. It took me 1 Month to get call for interview. The process of interview is as follows:
- Panel Interview: Technical and Behavioral
- Teaching Demo: Your Fav. Subject
- HOD Interview: Salary, Job Description
- Principal Interview: Simple Interaction and common questions

Entretien
Publication of advertisement. Then scrutiny of CVs. Selected candidates have to give a demo lecture on any of the interested topic. After this a technical interview is scheduled. From this, the selected candidates are claeed for final HR interview. Each step carries certain marks. References, are useful for background checks.
