Started with online submission. Then go through at least two stages. First, an initial interview with the department and meeting the hiring manager and completing some assessments. This is followed by a unit preview if further shortlisted. During this stage, will see the workplace, meet prospective colleagues, and possibly have a follow-up interview if necessary.
