Standard interview process. Technical question, social question, some clarification and work etiquette explanation. Just answer the question the best you can and be honest. The employer is finding out where you are at and will have a clue if they need you for specific task, and also deciding which role suit best with you.

Submit resume, fill in form, did a technical paper test. Face to face interview in a meeting room with two manager for about 30 minutes. First introduce myself and my previous project experience, then follow by answering technical knowledge question and lastly answering some altitude question.
