They arrange a video call and then, with the excuse that the camera is not working, the COO calls you at some random time (just a nice chat with her). She arranged a physical meeting and when I arrived I apparently was meeting directly with the CEO. 15 minutes of interview, or rather 15 minutes of a man who is just out to destroy you and tell you why you are not good enough for his company. Basically, same experience as the rest of the comments on Glassdoor. What is surprising (and suspicious), is that more than a year has passed of some of them, and they still have no HR department and a dubious organizational structure. My recommendation is directly avoid doing the interview.
