I had two interviews, one with a manager and another with the department director. The manager’s interview focused on explaining the role, outlining the qualities they were looking for in a candidate, and assessing my skills and interest. I had a second interview with the director the following week which was more open-ended and seemed like more of a final touchpoint. I was slightly turned off from the position during my second interview, as the conversation focused a lot on the role’s challenges and periods of high stress, without talking about the positives or how the company supports its employees.

My first interview was with HR only who asked questions of my previous employers, second Interview HR joined as well as the managers of the department who asked more in depth questions of my skills and experience . Last interview was with the director of the department
