I met with one of the Program Managers. We talked for around a half hour. She then introduced me to the HR person and she left. The HR person said "Welcome aboard" and told me I was hired.

How do you feel about counseling violent criminals?
The questions were based on can you hack it? And what kind of experience do you have and where did you receive that experience and describe what the experience entailed. As they have a lot of turn over and want to check to try and make sure you don’t quit. Because you’ll want to after the first 3 months of working there.
