The interview process was great and very informative, the team are friendly, the interview was competency based, however they took a while to inform me about the outcome of the interview.

The interview process was an application online, video interview, assessment centre and final in person interview. The MHA team did not reply to my confirmation of the assessment centre so I had to get the information off of another applicant. Then they said we would hear back by the next week and I heard back 3 weeks later. Then after my in person interview they said I would receive feedback in 24 hours but it was another 2 week wait. Very unwelcoming and gave off an unprofessional and unorganised feel.
