There are around 5-6 steps in the interview and they are very lengthy. They offered me a position, salary, location before the final interview, took my information, called me several times and then they ghosted me.

Giving multiphase interviews and giving a aptitude test. First they shortlisted the candidates then mail them to join in a zoom meeting to a group focus discussion and select 4-5 candidates.
