After speaking to the recruiter on the phone, I wanted to get a better feel for what the company was looking for, so I agreed to go through with the interview. I think there were around three or so in total, but each one sort of built on the last. I learned more and more about the company's advancement structure, goals, and where I might fit into them. They also gave me the opportunity to sort of interview them, if you will. I asked a load of questions and for me, it felt like a good fit. Good overall experience for me.
