Overall process was pretty quick and they seem to know exactly what they are looking for when hiring. Looking strongly for cultural fits into the start up minded company. Phone then in person seems standard.

I sat down with a couple of managers after signing in as soon as you enter their floor from the elevator and was asked some of your normal questions you would expect. My biggest complaint is the lack of professionalism during the interview. It felt like I was being interviewed by a couple of entitled Orange County boys that happened to land with the right company at the right time and somehow work their way up the ranks. I never followed-up after the interview because of what I stated above. Never once in a interview had I felt I was "too professional" for the job until I interviewed for Mfour. It felt more like I was applying for fraternity than a job. The company as a whole seemed really nice with all the perks in the office and the view from building is beautiful, but I would not have wanted either one of the two people I interviewed with to be my bosses.
