Interview process is technical and thorough. The panel is made up of experienced staff members. They look for very skilled and bright individual who can adapt and prioritize their work. They look for individual that can be autonomous and self starter.

Very easy HR screening, some typical technical questions about satellites. Very streamlined and short process. Very polite interviewers, online process through their Canadian HQ. Three rounds total including technical interview and final interview.

Interview was a short series of conversations converting both technical and soft skills. It was more like a conversation rather than rapid fire questions. It was overall a pleasant experience.

It was 4 interviews total. 2 HR interviews, 2 engineering/technical interviews. The people were very friendly to have interviews with. The entire process took roughly 4 weeks from the first phone call to the job offer.
