3-4 steps including over the phone screening. They were very straight forward with expectations, current roadblocks, and the culture theyre creating. They did extensive research about me to ensure I was a good fit. Made me an offer, I countered and they met me in the middle.

I applied for the position and was contacted by a recruiter within a couple weeks. I was brought in for an interview with the Business Development Manager. The interview lasted about 35 minutes. I was then called in for a 2nd interview the next day with the same manager and the CEO of the company. The 2nd interview was a bit more intense as he was asking questions in a quiz-like manner trying to see if my skill and experience fit in with the new direction they are heading. It was a very good interview overall.
