The hiring process for me took 4 months. I first interviewed in August, and later heard about a second interview months later. They had lost my resume, and the staff involved with my information had transferred to a different unit. I finally was given an offer in December, and my start date was 3 days before the end of the year.

First they will take interview with hiring manager and then Supervisor Its little difficult to give answers. I can not expect what they are looking for a candidate, We will assume we gave answers good but not getting call back from them
