3 months after applying online, I received a call to come and do the test. The test was a combination of math, logic and programming questions. Right after the 2 hr test, they sent me to meet the manager. This was a surprise, since I was not told that I will be interviewed the same day. In addition to meeting with the manager, the whole team was actually in the room.
Interview was conducted by the manager and members of the team. What threw me off is that the atmosphere was rather casual and informal with seemingly very little 'structure'. That threw me off. I wasn't sure whether if I also responded by being casual I would fall in the some sort of trap, or if I responded by being more formal that I would be perceived as 'stuffy'.
I followed up and was told that I passed the test, but never heard back regarding the position. I feel that I wasn't given a fair chance since this was a surprise interview! I came to do the test, so, I didn't even have my own copy of the resume.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Standard questions mostly. Questions about experience, projects done, to describe an ideal team... What stands out was a question 'Why am I the perfect candidate for the company?'. Also, multiple (and I mean multiple!) questions unrelated to the position, but about whether I like to cook, what do I cook, do I like sports, which sports, who is my favorite athlete, etc...

I was notified per email for an interview with the hiring manager and was quite surprised to be lead into a large panel interview. The atmosphere was very solemn specially when it came to answering why there were multiple analysts positions vacant.
I dodged a bullet and I’ve never been happier to not be called back.

Phone interview with hiring manager first. Standard get to know you kind of screen. Nothing technical besides what was on my resume. Second interview was granted but had to remind them to schedule it!
Second interview was a panel interview with prospective team members and manager. More technical but not really anything in depth besides walking them through my experiences and some standard behavioral questions.
Was thrown off by hiring manager asking me for experience with technology not listed as required or preferred. Of course I didn't have anything to add for that so, pretty much knew where I stood then.
Panel seemed friendly. Was told I'd hear back regardless. Still waiting ;)
