I was invited to a 2.5 hour interview with one colleague who was currently in role and one senior manager. It was a one stage interview which included a presentation that I had prepared and competency based questions . I was given plenty notice to prepare myself and the interviewees were nice and explained the role and process very clearly. Only confusion was if the interview was going to be online or in person.
