Process très challengeant, boîte intéressante, plusieurs tours avec 3 niveaux management. Process Rh plus compliqué, niveau propose inférieur au début de process. Poste intéressant mais Rh pas aligné dès le départ dommage pour tous.

Approached by an external recruiter. Telephone interview was then arranged with HR from MBDA, unfriendly and patronising. Recruiter said this individual does not usually interview candidates, I can see why! Was more bothered about asking my thoughts on Brexit, and reported back to the recruiter that I was trying to impress them too much with my experience....!
