I submitted a resume to the company. The recruiter for the job listing e-mailed me requesting a date/time I'm available for a telephone interview. I was then asked for a date/time to come in for an in-person interview. The process only took a few weeks.

Entretien
A basic phone interview (more of a screening) followed up by an in-person interview. Two employees interviewed me. The interview was fairly straight forward- describing my experiences, previous jobs, strengths, weaknesses, etc.
