Throughout your interview and initial onboarding, you made several attempts to reschedule set appointments. Of particular importance is the fact that you notified our Administrative Department at 7 pm the night before that you could not make it to your first day. Consistent rescheduling and last-minute changes can pose challenges in ensuring the smooth functioning of our firm and raise concerns about your reliability and ability to provide excellent client satisfaction.
Moreover, when we tried to accommodate your late request by only asking you to come in and fill out your onboarding paperwork, we were given an attitude that is absolutely not reflective of the type of person we want to represent our firm.
It is for these reasons that we decided you would not be a good fit for MAS Law and our clients. Thank you.
