Entretien
I applied and instantly got an email requesting a phone interview. The phone interview lasted approximately thirty minutes. After the phone interview I had a zoom interview where I met with the hiring manager. Shortly after the zoom interview I received a phone call and an offer.

Asked about previous experience and how I would handle certain customer service situations.
Interview process was easy to navigate and received quick feedback after interviewing. Everyone was kind and thorough with the process and made it enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend applying and going through the process.

Entretien
It was pretty good. I had a phone interview, then a virtual interview that I had to answer questions in a recorded video, finally I had a in person interview.
