First with the HR, then the functional manager, managing director (optional). Nervous at first, but wears off as the question and answer progresses. Good for them to point out who they were, what they do etc. etc especially for people with no background in shipping.

Scheduling was quick. Interview was short. Seemed like it went well. There were talks of a second interview, but then I was completely ghosted by the recruiter who did not answer emails or follow up questions.
