Round 1: Initial HR screening. (Experience, qualification. Previous process and responsibilities. )
Round 2: Online Aptitude assessment (Set 1/3 - Need to answer 15 questions in 15 minutes. It includes logical reasoning, verbal communication, and some mathematical aptitude questions. Set 2/3 - Write a paragraph(Min 150 words)for the given question. Set 3/3 Corporate Behavioral questions.
Round 3: Manager round 1 - Virtual video interview in MS Teams. (General questions)
Round 4: Manager round 2 - Reporting Manager.
Round 5: HR Salary Negotiation and Appointment letter.

They invited me for a face-to-face interview on short notice, but when I arrived at their office, they told me that my profile didn't match the position I was applying for. It's puzzling because I know someone in the same role who got hired by the company. All they offered was a brief apology, despite knowing I had traveled from the province specifically for this interview. I felt deeply disrespected. It really made me question the company's culture. It seems inefficient and inconsiderate to invite so many candidates for in-person interviews when only a few are needed, especially when an initial interview could easily be conducted online. I would understand if it were for a final interview, but this felt unnecessary
Interview was 3 rounds, First with aptitude and comprehension understanding, etc., which is quite easy. 2. HR discussion and if you are selected you will be called for the last manager discussion
