You must go through their test which consists of Aptitude test and Personality Test
After the HR team sees you as a good match, they will call you for an interview which you will later be interviewed by the manager. The process was fairly quick for me.

Question 1
No difficult nor unexpected questions, they just want to know how you are as a person and whether or not you can follow the company's value and culture.
Scheduling was quick. Interview was short. Seemed like it went well. There were talks of a second interview, but then I was completely ghosted by the recruiter who did not answer emails or follow up questions.
