I applied online on the company's website and got a call from the job poster after a few days. The process was around 2 months long. I applied in June 2018 and got offer on the last day of July 2018.
In the initial phone interview I was asked the initial screening questions of Why I want to join the customer services role. What are my JDs in the current role. Why do I want to make a switch to shipping industry. My current salary and will I relocate. Then she said that someone from HR will contact you for an interview in about 2 weeks time. I was contacted after two weeks to schedule an interview with the Hiring Manager and the HR Manager. The questions were typical questions regarding my introduction, why I want to switch and some situational questions. Before the interview I was made to attempt the PLI test (50 questions/ 12 minutes). Following the interview I got call for another interview with the MD and CFO. Following which the HR asked for my professional references.
