Son 3 fases: Entrevista con recursos humanos, prueba online via Hackerrank de SQL y Python y entrevista técnica con uno de sus clientes. Me han hecho perder el tiempo, hay que estar detrás de ellos porque te realizan ghosting para después de meses mandarte un correo automático diciendo que no has sido aceptado. Además, la entrevista te realizan alrededor de 30 preguntas teóricas que, sinceramente, a la hora de programar considero que se debe tener un enfoque más práctico.

3 interviews.
- First, an interview with the HR person. This just involved general questions about my academic and work experience. Also some general questions about the programming tools and languages I use.
- Next an online coding test that took about 1.5 hours. I chose to use python and the test involved general questions on OOP, data structures, etc.
- The third interview was with the project client and also included a live programming test.
