First round interview came very fast like 1 day. Interview by the Business Ops Director and another person. Interview was all discussion about how you do or operate things and how you handle it. Round 2 was 1 week later, with the GM and the Business Ops Director. Interview is like talking about past experience and how i view about the company. Alot more about gossiping rather then a interview i feel. They were late for the interview waited for 30mins or more.
