Straight Forward, email inviting for interview.
Conversational. Questions written down ticked off based on if he thought you met the criteria. Could have been more thorough questions wise but the technique of putting me the candidate at ease was great and helped a lot.
Got back in touch quickly. Also gave feedback when requested which is rare but always incredibly helpful.

Entretien
Applied online, received an email with interview confirmation. Interview took 15 mins via teams. Interview was awful, every answer was interrupted and I wasn't allowed to finish my answers. Very unprofessional asked if I'm ok with swearing and shouting not just around me but also at me. The job location was also different to what was advertised.
A coupl of days later received an email with update that I didn't get the job

Entretien
It started with them describing the company then a bit about the role I had applied for. I then gave a brief overview of my work history then they asked questions about parts of my history, I asked some questions and that was it.
