I was interviewed and then passed up for the job (found a better fit), only to be contacted a week later saying they actually want to give me the position and I had to accept within 22 hours.

Did I want the job badly enough? They specifically called out that they would not enter a “bidding war” for me if I took the offer back to my current employer.

Entretien
After 2 months, I got a random call with no headsup for a phone interview. Recruiter was really nice. Moved to the next round and did a panel interview easy questions. Then had a writing sample were they want you to spend at lest 8 hours working on the assignment. :( something felt off once i got to final interview and decided to decline diidnt like the vibe

Entretien
Fairly easy if you have previous agency experience. Agency was desperate to hire someone so I interviewed with 2-3 team members and then the group lead. Fairly straight forward if you have account experience.
