Question 1
The interview process was primarily based upon behavioral-based questions (“Tell me about a time when...")
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lytx
Entretien
An internal recruiter contacted me for this role. She was communicative and on-point, and she set expectations very well.
The process was pretty usual, although 12 interviews for a director position seemed a bit excessive. All 12 meetings went well, I enjoyed the conversations, and I was willing to consider joining their team. They mentioned they wanted to make an offer, and the last step was a final meeting with the executive responsible for this LOB.
I felt a level of condescension and dismissiveness I had never experienced in a professional setting immediately upon joining the video call. It’s hard to put it into words because it wasn’t what was said; it was how. I felt he was looking down on me, and I sensed a strong gender bias for the first time in my 15-year career. I came out of the meeting feeling insulted, and I withdrew my candidacy minutes after that call. Interviews are a two-way street, and the candidate is assessing the company and the people s/he’ll be working with as well; maybe something for Lytx to remember, or at least for this individual.

The room door is closed, so you cannot see which switch operates which bulb. You are only allowed to go into the room once. Determine which switch operates which bulb.
