Apply online, Teams Meeting with hiring manager, in person interview with the team. In person meeting is scheduled for 2 hours. Teams meeting was pretty straight forward with technical questions. I liked that there were no behavioral questions which I find a waste of time. Technical questions were about the tasks listed in the job description and what my experience level is regarding them.
