1st round with a recruiter over the phone went well and got quick feedback afterward.
2nd round with the hiring manager was the same with quick feedback coming back in
To set up the 3rd and final round I had to be in touch with who was supposed to coordinate dates/times and also be my guide. He took a week to respond to my emails and book an initial intro call. I provided all of my information and prepared a presentation as requested. After about a week or two of no replies to my emails, I realized my time was wasted preparing and nobody was going to get back to me. Even the recruiter never emailed me back.
Kinda wish I just found out I wasn't making it after the initial call and saved that time.

Overall, it was quite smooth; the recruiter and hiring manager were both very kind and patient! They were very generous in sharing the context and structure of the hiring team.

Entretien
Had a phone interview with the recruiter. She joined late and didnt even apologize. When I asked her a few questions about the role, she was not able to understand them and seemed annoyed. Wasn't very comforting and didnt seem very knowledgeable or interested to talk about the role. Very bad experience.
